"Horrible service, no appointment updates but they expect you to update them on your arrival ! Katelyn at front desk has a HORRIBLE attitude and 0 respect whatsoever. You can hear them whispering about you with whoever else when they put you on "hold". Someone said "she sounds black" when I was on "hold" i just hung up I was so angry. Do not recommend for ANYONE esp POC!"

"Dr. Carraher has been my primary physician for over 20 years. He is very compassionate about his job and truly cares about his patients. After seeing him in his office, he has often called "after hours" to see how things are coming along. On one occasion, he called to sincerely apologize for overlooking some paperwork I needed completed. I could tell he felt terrible, he even apologized to my husband when he saw him shortly after. One of his nurses seems a bit rough around the edges, but, in reality she is a very kind person and a great nurse, she can draw my blood anytime. As for the front desk, I have been on hold for a long period of time, however, I have been in the office when they are very busy, so I know I am waiting for a good reason. I do not look forward to the day when Dr. Carraher retires."

"Dr. Denell is awesome! He is a younger doctor but knows his stuff. He knows Diabetes and has taken excellent care of my family. He recommended a new diabetes drug and it is working amazing. My previous doctors don't know what they were talking about and did not keep up on all the new medications out there, but with Dr. Denell we finally have control. He explained the new drugs very well and how they work. The staff is friendly and they always seem to fit us in. We have also seen Dr. Webb, and man does he know his stuff, and he also seems to really care about our health and not like he's punching a clock like other doctors. If I had a complaint its that the office needs some new decorating/updating but that's pretty minor. A+ for care."

"I had a terrible experience. Dr. Hurlbut was over 45 minutes late, which I'm usually understanding about, but he gave me less than 5 minutes of his time. As a family practice, I was expecting him to at least spend a couple minutes getting to know something about me, but he lacked any semblance of bedside manner. He was in such a hurry to leave that he didn't even say "goodbye", tell me the way out or if I needed to stop by the desk again. More importantly, he left me unsure as to whether he'd spent enough time to properly diagnose my condition. The staff and nurses were polite and friendly to talk to, and I obviously can't comment on the other doctors, but my experience with the doctor I saw was bad enough that I will not return."

"We've been patients for years. My husband and I feel like Dr. Webb should stop being a physician and teach other physicians how to be good doctors. But then he wouldn't be our doctor anymore so never mind that. He listens attentively to everything I have to say, he then offers all of the different options I have and very much invites me into the decision making process. We are definitely a team and I feel empowered to take charge of my health care. Lori, his nurse, is very professional and personable. They are a very busy clinic so I understand if the front office help may come across as no-nonsense. They have always been very respectful when anyone in my family has been there. We would never consider changing to another physician!"
