"Tristen/Trista. Worst customer experience with them. I continue to use Walgreens as option 3 because their employees tend to be rude. Example today. They get frustrated when ask questions on their process. I’m a middle person to the provider and pharmacy. I have to communicate effectively and in order to Im trying to understand the process to keep it simple for both of you and prevent multiple calls."

"I’ve had to come here twice within the last month. My kids had strep then my daughter had an ear infection a few weeks later. Both visits were under an hour. The doctors are excellent and were able to quickly diagnose my kids. Thanks guys! :)"

"You can not trust the automated system to refill your script. You should call a human or risk wasting time and miles. Also, don’t trust when Walgreens texts you and asks if you would like to make your script auto refill. You text “yes” back and assume you have enrolled in auto refill. Now I have to go without my med for 2 days which can have neurologic and psychologic side effects. I need a pharmacy I trust so I think I’m modifying my default pharmacy."

"Do not get your film processed here! First, when you drop it off, they DO NOT tell you they actually have to send it off because they don’t do it in house anymore. This makes rolls of film cost $15-25. When I went to go pick it up and realized this, I couldn’t buy it all at once, and they told me they hold pictures up to a year. I’ve gone back several times to buy a couple sets of pictures. I just recently went by there to buy a few more and THEY TRASHED MY PICTURES!!!!!! I was informed they only hold them for 3 months. My pictures are just gone, they trashed something that is absolutely irreplaceable. I was having a fit asking why I didn’t at least get a courtesy call so I could make arrangements to come get them because I would definitely have not let them get trashed???!!!!!! She said they’re not required to but will “sometimes.” I asked to speak to the manager, ha what a mistake, she was rude, snippy and uncaring. I will never step foot in this store again. I don’t even want to think about what pictures I lost."

"Went to pick up professionally taken photos of my wedding - was told by two surly employees that I was not allowed and needed 'permission' to do so, even though they are my photos. After repeatedly asking where Walgreen's policy is outlined, I was told "it is online somewhere" and then finally a paper sheet was produced - which of course does not at ALL indicate that I cannot print my photos. I was not treated like a valued customer and so I will NEVER be a customer again. Please hire more respectful and knowledgeable employees."
