"Been using SW MRI > OCOM Imaging for 20 years. No a fancy place, but I am not there for dinner. The service is quick and the ease of scheduling quicker appts. compared to most other places. 03/01/23- Not excited about lady at front desk not acknowledging me until her placement of labels on her files were completed. I dropped my cards and i.d.s and went to sit and wait on her. I do have issues with knees."

"My experience at this office was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very efficient and friendly, beginning by informing me to be there 30 minutes ahead of my appointment to complete paperwork. They were very prompt and got me back right on schedule. My technician, Alison, was very friendly and explained what would transpire during the MRI and how long it would take, she did a wonderful job easing my nerves! She was very informative during the entire procedure, making sure I was comfortable after each scan. She was prompt and very efficient and was finished right on time.I will definitely return to this facility if ever I need a MRI done in the future"
