"Girlfriend and I were in the lobby waiting for the front desk staff to let the doctor know she was there, and instead of doing that they were gossiping with a patient who was discussing how her son should be able to bring a gun to school and have it in his senior pictures bc it's a "way of life" in Tennessee. For the record, my girlfriend IS from Tennessee, and it may be a "way of life" but they still don't let you do that stuff. Staff was very sympathetic to the woman complaining, so we didn't feel comfortable there and left. Will be avoiding them in the future."
