"Convenient and good service."
"Literally the worst supply company we have used to date. We have been with them 3 months now and are already switching. They argued with me about my daughters insurance for the first month causing her supplies to be late. Then the second month they sent the wrong supplies and I had to call three times to get it fixed and this month has been the same thing. They didn’t send half the supplies we need and the wrong supplies at that. It was delivered on Friday, Called them to fix it Monday, couldn’t get anyone on the phone that actually understood me so I was transferred 5 times. Then they said they sent it to their “escalation team” and someone would get back to me by the next day. Wednesday came and I finally called them. Was transferred 3 times before I got someone on the phone who “fixed” the order. Today I got the “fixed” supplies which was again wrong and missing items! I called and again got transferred 3 times before I got someone on the phone who could fix it and now hopefully I get the correct supplies tomorrow. We shall see. To top it all off 9 out of 10 people who answer the phone barely speak English and you can barely understand them and they don’t understand you and ask you to repeat yourself 5 times before they just guess what you said basically. They claim they have such high call volume and that’s why they have to keep transferring me. If that is the case why don’t they hire more CSRs to work? We know right now with covid everyone is working from home and I know plenty of people who could work that job from home with no issue. It’s just ridiculous and they have lost my business. Poor customer service all the way around."
"I'm fighting for my life and count on getting my medicine from these people. I have never hated a pharmacy this bad! I've been hung up on because they cant do things right. Sure I was angry when hung up on. First time they lost my prescription kept saying waiting from dr to send it. Called dr they said they sent it a week before I started calling CVS. So that took two weeks to fix that one. Ooops sorry we dont care enough to look for my scripts. Now second time I was to get meds. Called they had me on the phone for 45 minutes and the guy that was helping actually did a good job to make it sound like everything is a go. Still waiting. Now I called again to make sure it was being sent because I got text from them saying that they need to talk to me. Now after another week of bs still waiting. These meds are to keep my heart from exploding. Been without my meds now for three weeks. Does anyone at CVS care about the sick people that count on the meds. So if you need special meds do NOT expect to get a quality service from cvs."
