"Beneficial provides visitation services for our foster children. While the individual visitation workers we have are generally pretty good to work with, the management of the process is horrible. We've had visits canceled on no notice, leaving us scrambling to figure out how to get kids from daycare. Communication is quite poor. When we reach out to the supervisors for help with an issue, one of them is helpful and one of them is quite rude. They rotate who has the after hours cell phone so you never know who you are going to get. We once had a visit canceled on literally 10 minutes notice after I had confirmed that it was on a few hours prior (the visitation worker simply sent a text saying it was canceled and she was assigned to a different visit instead). I had no means of picking up my foster children because I the car I was driving at the time wasn't big enough to hold my foster children in addition to my bio children. Like I said - 10 minutes notice of visit cancellation. Notified at 4:50 via a text that the 5pm visit was cancelled, and the kids were supposed to be picked up at 5pm because daycare closed then. I called the supervisor and explained the predicament and she said that it wasn't their fault. I asked her if I should just drop my bio kids on the side of the road to go pick up my foster kids and she informed me that the state does not reimburse her for normal transportation that was my responsibility. It's shocking how rude and unhelpful this particular supervisor is. And the owner's unwillingness to admit fault and instead blame outside circumstances allows this unhelpfulness to continue."

"I have worked for this company for over five years. After reading some of the other reviews and I am baffled. I have never had any problem with my pay. The company provides a list of paydays at the beginning of the year and has honored those dates every year with no issues. My communication with my supervisor has been excellent. I am expected to preform the duties I was hired for, my supervisors are there to support me and provide me with the necessary tools for success. Working for this company you will earn your pay, but you ARE given all the support needed to be successful."
