"It was one of the best experience in Arby's in Weatherford. The food was very good and brought out to us hot not everything cold. The young man at counter was very polite like rest of staff. And nice and clean even restroom was very clean. Yes we will definitely go back. Cutos to the manager and staff. Thanks we appreciated you all see ya next time."

"Was OK. Asked for a written menu, can't see the billboard. Was met with excuses, debate and visual comparisons before my request was met. Hate arguing with folks about my visual impairments, are they just trying to embarrass or are they stupid. Also asked for regular fries, got curly Arby's fries. Food was good but counter helps need to debate gave me indigestion. And why do those people need to yell"

"I ordered a roast beef and cheddar as well as a French dip and Swiss and neither had roast beef on it. Instead it seems to be ham."

"Ordered at drive through. Where you order is way before the menu. Pulled up to menu and had to backup so I could order and hear what employee was saying. Shack machine down AGAIN. Something wrong with cheddar. The one who took my order has a personality of a stick. Acted like he didn’t care if I was there or not. He’s probably got his wish, don’t think I’ll be back."

"We went through the drive-through. We had to repeat our order several times before the young man got it right. I asked for extra Arby sauce and Horsy sauce. We get the order, and there are no sauces in the bag or on the sandwich. Not just that, but no napkins either. Seriously? Are the napkin farmers on strike? And when I asked for the sauce, I made it clear that I love the sauces. I'm disappointed, and although my sandwich was dry, the rest of the food was good."
