"Once upon a time, they had the bottles of sauce out on the counter, so that you could add sauce or get some in a to go cup. They took those away during covid. Then you had to ask for cups of it to go from the workers. Then they switched to only 1 cup per sandwich. Now they give you NONE per sandwich and charge .75 per cup. Pretty poor business practice to charge someone .75 for a cup of sauce, after they just spent $40 on sandwiches! Put the sauce and cups back on the counter."
