"Big * Fat * ZERO. Called to place an order to be delivered to our motel room. Provided the required info to the girl who answered the phone, including the full address including city and state. She asked me the name of the motel a second time. I repeated it. She asked me if I was sure that was the correct name. I confirmed and then reconfirmed the address. She told me that they didn't know where the Motel 6 was. I thanked her and hung up. This is a town of less than 9,000 people. Really? Unbelievable. The other pizza deliverary place in town assured us they knew exactly where Motel 6 was a efficiently took our order."

"Called ahead at 7:18pm to order 1 large, 1-Topping pizza & some Cheese sticks. The girl on the phone seemed like she was having a hard time getting our order down but when she finally did we were told there will be a 20 minute wait. So we wait 20 minutes and then head over. We show up and go to the drive-thru to pick it up. We then sat in the drive-thru window for 5 minutes without anybody coming over or any service whatsoever so then we decided to park and go inside to pick our food up. The pizza was alright but we were pretty disappointed with the “Cheese Sticks” they were mostly just bread with garlic and Parmesan sprinkled on them. Actual cheese nowhere to be found. Hopefully they were just having a rough night. Either way, we were slightly disappointed in our food and service. But we may try again just to see if this time was a fluke or not."

"if i could have given a -0 for this restaurant i would have. i ordered a personal pan pizza and bread sticks. there was way tooooo much marinara sauce and it tasted like it is straight tomato paste without any spices. one of the toppings was missing (which was explained and i understand). the other topping did not even cover the full pizza. the bread sticks were not even completely covered in the parmesean topping. overall, the order bordered on inedible. one goes to pizza hut because you know they are a consistent good, overall quality. this pizza hut failed miserably. the food they sent out was not edible at all!!!!! shame on you..."
