"I love to support small local business. Unfortunately I will not support Kingston Pharmacy. They are terrible with Communication. My doctor sent in a prescription to be filled. The pharmacy didn’t tell me they didn’t have what they needed to fill my prescription, so when I called them next day, to ask what it happened, they said “we don’t have the medicine you need, we had to order your , it’ll be here in a week.” I let it slide because sometimes things get confusing. But, about two weeks later my doctor called in a prescription for something else, and they couldn’t bother to call me to tell me it was ready. Two days went by I finally called them and they said “oh yeah, your prescription has been ready for two days.” The third time, my doctor called in a prescription that I didn’t know about. The pharmacy didn’t fill the prescription because they didn’t know if I wanted it or not, and he didn’t call me to tell me they were going to fill the prescription, and they didn’t called me to tell me that my doctor had called in a prescription."
