"Made it to the pharmacy in Walgreens. In Woodward, Oklahoma 4 times and every time there was a mistake when I talked to the manager. Had to explain it myself more than once for her to understand and. Finally, they realized what happened about it. The medicines that they didn't refill properly With the amount of refills I Suppose to have. When the correct amount, I asked her if I could get the correct amount instead of having to pay more money when it was on their Mistakes She said my insurance wouldn't let it go through twice.. She said that the computer was knit Picking what it wanted to do at that time. That I received my medicine previously, poor management through The pharmacy Now it's gonna cost me more out-of-pocket due to their mistake. And that she told me that she would put a preference in on the computer saying about the 3 months supply of refill at a time that was already sent in from where I receive it, my physician. I would recommend not anyone to use the pharmacy there for the poor quality and customer service, but the rest of the store at the photographs. department and in the grocery store and everything else is very good. And I would recommend. just not the pharmacy."

"The pharmacy times are out ragouse. Some people need to get their medicine late/ early in the morning and it doesn’t open till 9? We should have 24 hour service. Other then that the staff is great and very friendly"

"We went into Walgreens do to my husband having extensive dental work done and was having some pain. A man in the pharmacy named Shane helped him and went above and beyond to help him find what he needed. Even going as far to look things up to make sure that what he recommended was safe for him to use since we can’t call the doctor until Monday. He was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Shane at Walgreens!!"

"Five stars for the customer service provided while I was using the photo lab making last-minute additional Graduation Announcements. Manager Jill looked at the printed cards I had made and quickly began trying to resolve the issue of the cards not printing within the perforations. She went above and beyond by re-printing them, stuffing the envelopes, and making a follow up call letting me know they were ready for pickup. We live 45 mins away and the timeline could have caused a lot of stress but she handled it like a pro. Thanks and we'll be back to patronize this store!"
