"Ordered a Fliet Mignon it came wrapped in bacon. I don't eat pork and didn't know it came like that and no mention on the menu. Wasn't upset just asked for no bacon and was told they couldn't do that. No problem I just ordered something else. Problem was they charged me for it. Kind of Understandable but they kept the steak and I didn't realize I was still charged for it. Could have made my dogs year."

"Super good food. This is a place that you might find in the 60’s or 70’s all up and down the interstate. If I were a trucker this place would definitely be on my list. If you’re a purist with your nose in the air, forget this restaurant. It’s too good for you. But if you like good good food with no trappings chow down. Amazing rolls, salad, desserts, and each entree my party ordered was spot on. We shared with each other. It was that good."

"Seen Fred's Restaurant on the billboard seen the 4.99 Chicken fried steak. It was AMAZINGLY GOOD with the side of tasted like Honey Rolls to accompany your meal. The Ladies who served us were Outstanding and Friendly. Always had our Care in mind... Wish they had one in California I'd go there every chance I could."

"Fun place with great food! He had a Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and I chose the Grilled Chicken sandwich. And those buttery rolls w/honey butter! Apple cobbler and the new Brookie Bar for dessert. Delicious! Great food, fast service and a few laughs with Jasmine all made for an enjoyable meal!"

"My 1st time here, wife's been a few times. I had the fried catfish w/fries, she had the burger. Good looking burger with a giant pattie. She loved it. The catfish was okay, I've had better but glad I ordered it. Homemade fries, good. The service was great, she asked all the right questions and kept stopping by. I recommend this establishment."
