"Subway in a truck stop. We ordered sandwiches, and they were out of shredded chicken, mayonnaise, meatballs, steak, tuna, and overheard a few other items. Oh well, not exactly what we wanted, but we're back on the road again."
"The prices for the numbered sandwiches are about 40% higher than at other subways, so I unknowingly paid 8 dollars extra for two sandwiches bc I ordered by number instead of a custom sandwich. Also the service was extremely slow."
"I ordered a Salami flat bread it was really good. The sub maker was really friendly. She had to repeat to every customer what they didn't have and she did so with a smile. Gave the food a 4 only because the food options were slim. They were out of so much stuff"
"This location seems to comply with Subway cleanliness and food quality. However, 3 out of 4 employees ( Bianca, Lorena, and Kaleb) had horrible attitudes with one another and customers. The 3 of them argued with each other (in front of customers) about why they had to be there. Lorena’s awful approach to customer service intensified when asked for spinach (this location was out) and I told her that was fine to which her response was to roll her eyes. Kaleb seemed to be a manager type (or maybe shift lead), but didn’t seem capable of leading anything more than the argument they were having. I do however give his customer service a 10/10."
