"You gotta stop! This little place is packed with flavor! They come for the burgers but everything is amazing. I passed this place by the first few times I stayed in Childress and finally had time to stop and enjoy the hospitality and the great food. Cooked fresh and served hot is what they do."

"So glad we found this place! It was an old building but very clean and all the staff was friendly. We had a bacon cheeseburger and fish/shrimp basket - everything was delicious! The hush puppies were homemade - the best we’ve ever had! Wish they had root beer but the food will definitely bring us back every time we come through town!"

"This place was awesome, tried several different items including fried catfish, fries, coleslaw, corn dog, and our favorite was the burger, it was all really good. If I find myself traveling though the area during open hours I would definitely stop here again. Service was nice friendly very down to earth. Easily one of the best restaurants in Childress."

"My favorite kind of place! A true hole in the wall hamburger joint. They do have an extensive menu of other foods, but you know me. Got to try that burger! They did not let me down…. Starting with toasted buns and a 1/3 lbs. pattie, then complimented with good mustard and all the veggie fixings, they have as good a burger as anybody. Not crazy about the seasoned fries, but that was offset by the wonderful cup of pinto beans that a patron recommended. I believe I will stop back on the way home from Amarillo and try the good- looking basket of brisket fries."
