"For being the only fast food left in this small town, they do great! Keep in mind this is ultimately corporation owned and while they can control the cooking of the food, they cannot control the quality or the changes of the original products. Service is great and they are always kind! Service is always slower at sonics across all locations because of the drive in style. 15 min wait is average online. Do your research and don’t come if you can’t handle true expectations."

"I also fell pray to the trick of saying your food is on the way when it is not. After 30 minutes s I finally complained and was told only 5 more mins sir and a full refund. (Posted in a few days...) got my food 10 mins later. Still no refund. Truly felt scammed. Bright note tho. The food was great as always. Just shifty slow service."

"Sonic in Sayre Ok. Does not honor happy hr. We went to sonic at 4:58 to order 2 drinks. They told us it was after 5:00. We told them it was not after 5:00. She just wanted to argue with us. They did not get our business & we will not be going back. I think they have poor customer service. If I could I'd give 0 stars."
