"This review is posted with the intent that this establishment sees it and commits to improvement. I was traveling back home from Wyoming and stopped here because DQ is normally in the top three of my favorite fast food burger places. Sometimes you never know what you are going to get at a DQ though. Wait was close to 30 minutes and my double meat burger was overcooked. Since I ordered to-go I didn’t have a chance to let them know at the time. I’ll never stop there again though."

"The last couple times we have been they take 30-45 mins to get food to you, even if you're the only one there. They make you pull around to the front even if there's noone behind you just so they can get you off their timer and not get in trouble. Today when we finally got our food 35 mins later it was extremely cold like it had been sitting out for 33 of those minutes. Maybe they're just waiting to get more orders before they take your food out? Idk but it was awful. Some of the ice cream ingredients are also stale. It's fast food so I'm obviously not expecting anything great but this is just really excessive"

I return to the counter and asked if they charged extra for extra lettuce or onions and was told that they did. The sandwich was appropriately called the hungry burger because I was still hungry after eating it."
