"I made an appointment online for 5pm on a Monday, we were quoted $240 to file jointly and in the end we had to pay $308 and that was with a 30% discount. The lady who did our taxes took her time and went through each document we had thoroughly. It took us two hours and a half to complete our taxes due to six w-2 and going over fidelity summary for 2023. We also had lived in another state during 2023 and that was factored in to receive an estimate of our tax return as well."
"Sarah was great. However, an appointment was originally with Ken at 1:00pm, 3/31. My husband arrived only to stand around for 50 minutes. I called Ken directly and he stated he would talk with Austin. Austin left all of our Tax information with Ken as he stated he would get done & Austin could come back after work to pick up. At 5:45pm Ken still HAD NOT done our taxes. Ken also told me directly the cost would be $100-$110. After everything was passed to Sarah the cost ended up being $179. That’s a far-cry from $110. We are fed up with Ken lying to us after what he did yesterday and will NEVER use him again. You don’t quote people a price, then not keep your word much less do the Tax Return. Sarah was great stepping up and completing our Tax Return. Thank you Sarah."
