"I highly recommend Powers Plumbing to anyone who'll encounter issues with their hot water heater. The pilot light on ours wouldn't stay lit, causing no hot water throughout the house. I called Powers and Kelley was able to squeeze us into their already booked schedule. Jim stopped by at the end of the day and diagnosed and replaced two parts on the unit and also honored the warranty. Since Jim's work, we've had no more issues with the pilot light. Thank you for your quick turnaround on the service and also for communicating when Jim was on his way to the house."
