"Filled out an online request for an estimate to replace my water heater, Mike called and said they could come out the next day. My work schedule wouldn't allow for that, so Mike said he could come out that day, he would make the time. Within the hour, one of his guys rang my doorbell, I showed him what I had, we talked and he started the replacement. In less than 4 hours, I went from an online form to what I needed, at a price and warranty I was very comfortable with. And did it in a timeframe that is unheard of. I can't say thank you enough, I know my situation was unusual, but I would recommend this business all day long, give them 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, and whatever else I could to say thank you !!! Old heater and new heater pictures, see a difference? Me neither, looks like it was never touched, just different stickers, lol"
