"Not overly happy with them. Diagnosed that my laptops hard drive had failed..fixed...ok. Went to pick it up...oh you have a battery issue. If they would have correctly diagnosed that I had a hard drive AND battery issue right away, I would not have fixed it and would have got a new laptop. It still works if it is plugged into an outlet but that is beside the point. They were highly rated, but I give their diagnosis low ratings."
