"The service guard technician Dustin, the Service Guard tech was by our home around to fix the central air unit. Dustin said he cleaned the condenser coil, put it back together, and things should work fine. We left to go work out at the gym and came home it was still working decently. I and my spouse went to see a movie last night. We got home around midnight and the house was at 80 degrees. I went out back and checked the unit the motor was making a humming noise and the fan was not spinning! My spouse called Service Guard to report the issues and the representative said the soonest they would be able to dispatch a tech to our house would be July 5, 2018! WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO REACH 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE. IMAGING THE TEMPERATURE INSODE THE HOUSE!!! This behavior is unacceptable! This is not good customer service!! We should not have to wait until July 5th to get this oversight fixed and fixed properly!!! Since their tech messed our central air up it needs to be fixed immediately!"
