"I gave them my iPhone 11 for a battery change a while ago and I’ve just noticed that they didn’t put the screws back on. I’m also having huge iPhone update problems telling me it is not connected to the internet when I have used both internet and data. I haven’t had this problems before and I’ve tried pretty much everything but it has not been updating. My phone’s condition was great before and had no damage I only wanted a battery change. Although the battery and everything else was alright which is why I’m giving them two stars it does say unknown part which I understand that it’s okay but it’s not going away like the usual new unknown part notification has done."
