"I called Mr. Rooter on a Friday because I'd been canceled on several days in a row by another plumber (Roto-Rooter) and still didn't have water. Izzy, Bart, and Bryson were able to come out within 30 minutes of calling, and they got me sorted. They were extremely helpful in explaining what the issues were and their concerns. Everyone was super professional, and they were upfront about their costs. It was a bit higher than I expected, but it was worth it due to the how quick they were able to get the work done when everyone else was booked out 3-5 days. Izzy was great and solved the kitchen drain issue with no problem...even solved a quick ensuite toilet filling issue. "I was in need of a repair on my laundry shut off switches on a Saturday. We purchased a new washer/dryer combo and when I was disconnecting the old one I was unable to get the hot water to turn off. In fear of breaking the shut off valve and having to shut off the main water for who knows how long, I called Mr. Rooter to come give it a look. They dispatched Jamie. He was here quickly and was courteous and up front about the cost for the repair as he had to replace the washer outlet box. It was a bit of sticker shock, but I honestly don't have much plumbing work done so it is hard for me to know if it was way out of bounds at about $500. Maybe I could have saved a bit of money somewhere else, I'm not sure. But, I do know that he did a great job, had it fixed correctly in a short amount of time, and I appreciated his positive demeanor and disposition. He even helped me move my dryer which was greatly appreciated."
