"Daniel did a fantastic job on our bathtub drain removal and installation of a new P-trap in the Bathtub. The bathtub drain was painted over by a previous owner and rusted out. Got it out and about a minute. Installation of the P-trap required, cutting some drywall on the kitchen ceiling. Daniel cut it out so it would be very easy to replace. I’m not sure how we got his arms into the tiny hole he created but I truly the quality of the work. Daniel was courteous, helpful and great to work with. Thanks, Jim"

"If zero stars was an option I would go with zero stars. Moved in to my house and was told the leak in the faucet was fixed and replaced with new parts. Few weeks later come home to my faucet leaking after being told it was "fixed". Called and they came a few hours later and "fixed it" now im here a month later with the SAME faucet leaking and worse. Called at 7pm and got the on call lady. Told me they would send a message and get someone out urgently. No one called so I called again at 9pm. On call lady said she is not able to get me an ETA but a message was sent but the tech would be giving me a call. Comes 9:35ish no call yet, so I called again cause my 5 year old has a bed time I work as a nurse and have to be up by 5am to take my kid to daycare and go to work. Called a third time and got a diferent lady, she told me she could send a urgent message but is not able to tell me if they can come tonight or not. This is the third buck of water that has been filled since 7pm when I got home from work. I was told someone will be calling me shortly and get this fixed. This is the third time someone needs to come out to fix this issue in less then 3 months. -I did not agree to removing this review. Indeed it was a fix that was needed from your end AGAIN. After the person showing up 24hours later to fix the issue came, I since then have not had a leak issue. - 01/06.2024 UPDATED"

"The holidays can be stressful enough but not having the use of the main bath was even harder. We have used JTM many times over the years and have never been disappointed. After calling JTM, Danial came the next morning to access the problem. He was polite, professional & explained everything. He did a great job!
