"Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.
