"Requested quotes for a pool cleaner via Yelp. Yelp had sent a request to Community Home Services. We had corresponded via the app, and once we agreed on a time frame and price, I was contacted by a rep on Saturday. She said that in order to put us on the schedule, I needed to provide my CC information. I did so reluctantly. I asked to be provided with a heads up when they were on their way, which she agreed to. Our scheduled date comes around and nothing by 1:30p. I called and spoke with Kim and asked for confirmation. She asked to call back after taking my name. A few minutes later she called back confirming that they were still scheduled and would contact me. 5:30p nothing. By now the phone lines were down. I now have a company that has my number, address and CC with no plans of showing up for services agreed upon. I would avoid this company. If you feel like you would rather risk it, then my advice would be to insist that payment information not be provided until after services. They will have to choose if they want to honor their word first.plenty of contractors don't require upfront information for services that cost a lot more. AVOID. We had to contact our CC company to warn them of any suspicious activity and will probably request the card cancelled which is annoying."

"I have been dealing with the part of Community Home Services that works out of Rockwall. Curtis Roughton has been working with me on landscape design and assigning the crew to do the plantings. I couldn't possibly be more happy with what they have accomplished. The plants are so healthy that they bloom and start growing almost immediately. They are reasonable with pricing and respond almost immediately. I've dealt with two other landscapers and none of them were this good or planted things that were this healthy. In fact, some of them died almost immediately. I give Community Home Services 6 Stars!!"

"At first, this place blew me away. Communications with Kim, who works in the office were great. Signed up for a year of pool service. Since my first month was free, I guess, they didn’t bother coming every week. Didn’t get any emails indicating they were not coming or delayed. After first few months my bill went up $50 a month. There must be an high turnover rate bc employees coming were inconsistent and didn’t always seem to know what they were doing. Therefore I do not recommend this pool service."

"Man Adam Perry and his crew really knocked this one out of the park. I called them out with a project I had planned and let me tell you these guys and gals showed up and showed out!! Handled everything with professionalism and such fast and great work. They will definitely have my business in the near future!"

"I‘ve worked with 3 pool service companies before landing on Community Home Service. They came to my rescue right after the February 2020 freeze when my pool equipment exploded! They had to come in and fix a problem created by a previous company, plus help me with new equipment. I then hired them to be my regular service. I’ve had three different people assigned to my house over the years, and they have all been fantastic! Currently, Tonio is my guy, and he is so helpful! I’m not always completely clear on how the pool works, and he always calmly and professionally explains what he’s doing and what my levels are, and how they compare to normal, and alerts me to things I should look for. Fir example, he pointed out a crack on a joint of my pool sweeper that he said did not need to be replaced yet, but here are the signs that it is broken and needs to be replaced. So I don’t feel any pressure to spend a lot of money on repairs or anything, they always explain it. They also have the secret sauce of Kim whom I’ve never met in person. I talk/text on the phone with her. A couple of times I texted that something was severely wrong with my pool, and she pointed out that it was probably leaves in a specific place… I found them with her direction and problem solved! No one had to come out. It’s just that kind of service and no-pressure attitude – plus the price is great! It’s not the cheapest, but it’s definitely not the most expensive - that keeps me here."
