"I made a mistake in my judgment of Gardner technologies. I jumped the gun on these guys and gave them a terrible review here. After I gathered more info, and got all the facts, these guys are Great. Great techs and great service!!! Highly recommended!!!! My Experience: So My PC was having a lot of issues(Black Screening/Freezing) and then would restart and the issue would repeat itself. I then decided to take the PC Apart and put it back together thinking maybe something wasn’t connected properly or not detecting a component. So I took out the Graphic Card, Power Supply, Processor, and Ram memory, dusted everything out and clean them, installed them back in. I did incorrectly plug in the power cables in the motherboard which then caused it to not get power and turn on. I’m no technician obviously so I decided to take it to Gardner Technologies. I messaged and call them about my Issue I was having, told them it would turn on work normal for 10-15 sometimes even 20 but then freeze and restart, I did forget I big of information that it was mainly doing it when I would start a game or application, which is my bad. So I drove 40 minutes to drop it off and it was a Friday so I left it there over the weekend. I came back Monday to pick it up, they described to me what they did, gave me a piece of paper with some temperature, stress and some other tests which did clear some of the components on what was working properly. They stated that my motherboard had error lights on which I knew already, they said they put in there own graphics card and cleared that out of the way, so that wasn’t the issue. Please note: They did fix the post issue where I didn’t plug in cables correctly, which I appreciate, They told me that my Motherboard was the problem, I said so I need to buy a new motherboard and they said yeah you need a replacement, so as I got the information from experienced technicians I did just that. They charged me $160 for 2 hours which is a fair price, working on PC is very time consuming and can be hard to figure out the issue. So as I said before I did what they told me to replace, so I Bought a brand new motherboard for $280, I took out what I thought was a broken motherboard from the chassis and put the new one in. I turned it on everything was working booted up normally but again after 20-30 minutes the issue happened. At this point I’m very frustrated I’ve spent almost $500, $400 on a the pc and gas money back and forth to Scottsbluff, still same issue. (So from frustration and stress, I wrongfully put a one star review (has been deleted) and said some disrespectful things which I apologize I went to far.) I’m my opinion the Technicians did do good I just feel like they could’ve done a bit better and yes I didn’t tell them every piece of information but there technicians they still should be able to figure out the issue eventually, they do it as a job, they had other pc’s there and I assume spare pc parts to test and eliminate some components to diagnose the issue. So After the new motherboard didn’t fix it I contacted my uncle because he’s been working with PC’s for a very long time, he lived about 40 minutes away, after a couple days we found the problem. The issue was the Power Supply all this time. My uncle did contact the Owner and they had a nice talk and agreed communication could’ve been better which I do agree as well. The owner did offer me a $80 check for my inconvenience which I greatly appreciate. In the end no one is perfect everyone makes mistakes, I just wanted to put my opinion out there so others don’t make the mistake I did and so it helps the technicians diagnose a problem but They were very respectful and helpful, they did help me find the problem alot quicker. I do recommend them they are nice people, and were professional and if you tell them everything that your having a problem with, hopefully they will find out the issue and a solution to fix it.⭐️⭐️⭐️"
