"I’m a gym-newbie this year and the staff quickly turned me into a regular! The few that I see every day are all very approachable, helpful and funny. Chris Casper is my personal trainer, and I highly recommend him. He knows what he’s talking about, he’s great at teaching, and he makes me feel really comfortable and confident in what I’m doing. He has changed my entire attitude towards working out. Shoutout to Rob for getting me to try out training in the first place and stop hiding upstairs, and Nicole for the best classes! "Clean, modern gym with very respectful people! Chris was my personal trainer for a few months and I couldn't ask for a better partner in starting my weight lifting. Extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and sets you on the right path to a better lifestyle. The only downside is the gym is a little small so it can get crowded, but again the people there are always so respectful and I was never in a position where I couldn't do what I want to do."
