"Been a member for almost a week now. Hadn't really hit the gym in about 20 years. Is a curated and focused workout everyday that's pretty intense and varied. High focus on technique and form. Easy to schedule (and alter schedule as needed) through the app. I feel as though I learn a lot while working to achieve my physical goals, and that the coaches genuinely care to help me reach them. A great introductory week."
