Presto-X Pest Control

"I had kitchen and dishroom drains that were constantly backing up after decades of grease build up. A fortune was being spent on snaking and jetting, sometimes as often as every other week. A couple years ago Presto-X told me about their enzyme treatment program and I was skeptical. I believed all that stuff was a hoax, but I was at my wits end and decided to give it a try. The results have been nothing short of miraculous! From spending unbelievable amounts of money on drain clearing services I only had to call them out once this year. And I believe that was because the enzymes had eaten all the crud from the pipe walls and it fell down and finally blocked the drain, which they warned me would happen after some time had passed. I have 5"drain lines so it just took a while. I recently started having them treat my grease trap as well. I highly recommend their enzyme treatment program if you are having trouble with kitchen drains and grease traps. They also do an excellent job with pest control, but I no longer directly work with them in that regard."

"This company is horrible. Never shows up when scheduled. Then when you call you get the run around and no one can help you. Was hung up on by customer service, was told several times that a manager would call me and never did. I understand no one really cares about customer service theses days but this is on a new level. Good luck to anyone who hires this company."

"I hired PrestoX for my property and they would often miss appointments without notice or without even rescheduling after they missed an appointment. I've been trying to cancel our agreement with them. I provided proper written notice, emailed the sales manager, emailed the branch, and left a message with the call center and no one returns my email or calls. I just would like someone to confirm my cancellation for me. I would not recommend using them for your business."

"Don't serve residential customers in small town where I live. Two of there employee reside in town (work trucks are always home). Town has less then about a dozen businesses. So I guess those trucks serve surrounding towns which are minimum of 8 miles one way to and from their home (do the math how many extra miles per year this is to bring work trucks home). Why, if you have the equipment here, would you not serve that community too. Borderline on false advertising seeing as how trucks don't indicate any particular coverage are. Thankfully Orkin who I never see around my area serves here or maybe I never see their trucks because they are always on the road instead of home."
