"Make sure to keep your receipts if a tree dies in the first year. They won’t accept the tags from the tree and a credit statement that shows the amount paid and date of purchase. In other words, they don’t stand behind the trees they sell unless you have the receipt. Nothing else is accepted and they aren’t even willing to work with a customer. Policy is policy. The last thing I expected from a reputable nursery and paying a premium price was the tree to die and poor customer service as a result."
