"Horrible business I had a late night issue with my furnace in 12 2017 theycameoutand than had to call another tech and rudely told me this was 110 per hour after hour charge for each tech. A waterline had a hole in it and was soaking my furnace I had no choice or lose the furnace. Then on March 7 again at night my furnace quite I called sn ell and asked if they could come in morning . I received a call from Gregg who told me they Were not coming out find someone else he would listen to me rudely said that is too bad and hung up on me. I had to call another plumber .So I have contacted better business bureau the Nebraska attny generals office and the Nebraska dept of labor where they are licensed I will never use this nasty horrible busunessagain"
