"I had them come out to my house to fix a sink drain. They have been to my house a couple of times before. They seem to miss the mark in clearing out the plug or what ever is occurring. There was no diagnosis of the issue. Just poured stuff down the drain and hoped for the best. I coulda done that. No snake… nothing. Now I’m no handyman but I feel like more coulda been done about this. I’m gonna have to get onto YouTube and fix my own issues. But these guys seem like they don’t wanna work or be at my house. The first time they came to my house, I needed a grocery list of things completed and they seemed to only pick the major task and disappeared into the sunset never to be heard from again. Seems like a trend in Torrington in general and wish someone could prove me wrong. It makes me wanna start my own hvac plumbing business with people that want to provide a decent service. But like I said, I would have no idea how to do any of it proving the point of why I called a plumber in the first place."

"I'm a little late on this review. Just a shout out to Roger for the excellent job he did on our sewer replacement and upgrade. We had a sewer line that was deterating and needed replaced. Roger and his crew came in and thru new technology were able to upgrade our old sewer line to present standards. They were able to complete the job in 1 1/2 days and also at the agreed price. I was very happy and impressed at the skill and care they took. I highly recommend Midwest Plumbing for all your plumbing and sewer needs. I defintly will be calling Roger on my next project. "Called Rachael at 8 am this morning because our water heater had quit over new years holiday. Expected we might get it replaced 3-4 days later. Roger was there in 90 minutes and we had hot water 90 minutes later. Always pleased with the service of Midwest!"

"Called Midwest today for a gas control valve replacement. Call them at noon today. The lady I spoke with was an absolute sweetheart. Was very helpful. Then 3 hours went by and one of the techs called me and was waiting for me. (Not long though) problem was fixed within 45 min after we drained the water heater.
