"I rolled my ankle - spraining it quite badly in February 2023. I learned that sprains are graded on a 1 to 3 scale… a 3 is worst/ torn ligaments etc - mine was a high 2/low 3 on the scale. I like to be active, walk daily and keep up with my grandkids, so this was an unwelcome setback. Josiah helped me navigate the recovery from the very beginning- providing the needed guidance. During our PT sessions he not only worked with reducing swelling & regaining flexibility and mobility, he also was proactive in working with whole body alignment. Josiah made sure that as my ankle was healing, I did not cause unintentional issues with my back etc because I could not walk with a normal gait yet. "Josiah has helped me rehab from everything from intense ankle sprains to a long lasting hip injury. I really appreciated the way Josiah helped me to recover in a way that not only got me to where I was before the injury, but made me stronger than I was. He didn’t only address the area that was injured, but also addressed the issues and weaknesses surrounding that injury so that it wouldn’t happen again. The exercises he gave me to help in the healing process were individualized and detailed to get the best results possible. Additionally, after I was fully rehabbed from those injuries, Josiah mapped out a detailed strength training plan so that I could become the best athlete possible."

"I have always grown up with the mentality when I am sore or hurting, “it will feel better tomorrow it’s no big deal!” I got to a point that I had chronic back pain and my wife guided me to go talk with Josiah and just get checked out at least. I went for the initial check up and was still skeptical going into it, but after the first session Josiah was able to pin point problematic areas and help me develop a plan of action to help alleviate my pain. I have been going for a year now and I can whole-heartedly say I am glad that I have now been going to Elevate as I feel better everyday, I always enjoy my visits because of the people there, and Josiah and crew really do a great job of explaining the “Why” of what they are doing for me which I greatly appreciate!
