RayeBrook Behavioral Health is a licensed counseling institution located in the historic Havelock neighborhood of Lincoln, Nebraska. Our focus is on providing effective and affordable individual counseling services to clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, aging, and more. As a master-level mental health professional, I am dedicated to helping clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.

We offer self-pay sessions for clients without health insurance, as well as accept insurance for those who have coverage. Sessions can take place in person at our office or through Telehealth for added convenience. Clients can expect a Good Faith Estimate for self-pay services in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

With over 20 years of experience in education and counseling, we specialize in managing behavioral health barriers and helping clients overcome obstacles to reach their personal goals. Our approach is person-centered, focusing on relaxation techniques, logical thinking, mindfulness, and goal setting to promote self-understanding and positive change.

In addition to our general counseling services, we also offer specialized counseling for seniors, with a certificate in gerontology to provide support to elders seeking mental health services.
