"Front office is non existent, tried to make an appointment with a provider that I loved that unfortunately had moved his practice to this location and it was hard getting ahold of them in the first place. Like as in they don't ever answer the phones. Fast forward and made the appointment and couldn't get in to my portal to complete new patient paperwork and called in for help, never to get that call returned after leaving a voicemail. Ended up missing my appointment and running far away from this location. Is this what the mental health system has come to in Nebraska? Such a shame!! Negative 50 stars if I could!! Now on a quest to find an office that cares with a decent provider like I previously had."
"Would highly NOT recommend. Saw Camille for 9 visits and she emails me and tells me we don’t have “an effective working alliance.” She is inexperienced and does not have the knowledge to work through life’s situations. Instead, giving up before even trying. Monarch counseling is a joke. Put your money to someone experienced and don’t waste even a month of your life to just be dropped. I had a therapist for 6-7 years so I don’t know what’s going on in that place."

"Loene has been amazing to work with over the past year. The biofeedback has been a great way for us to work with my daughter's ADHD without using medications. Loene is great with her and is able to connect with her in ways we have never found before coming to Monarch Counseling. I am grateful for the progress we have made to this point. I'm thankful for the referral here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an office that is friendly and works hard to make you feel very comfortable."
