Reviews
"she’s great and she’s honest"
"Michelle Miller is an excellent therapist. She has a good base of knowledge and cares about her clients."
"I saw Michelle Miller today, and she was extremely rude to me, and highly unprofessional. She refused to tell me anything positive whatsoever. She judged me without knowing anything about me. She seemed angry that I wasn't coming to her for Psychiatric Medication. As well as upset that I didn't want to go into a lot of past trauma. She immediately began these weird funny faces while she said nothing. She clearly did that all on purpose. She was actually very mean to me. There was no introduction from Michelle Miller, besides her taking my Insurance Card and going away to copy it. Her demeanor the entire time consisted of exaggerated frowny faces, glaring and not in any good way. She looked like she was going to cry constantly and I, had to ask HER several times if SHE is okay? I also see that my review now does not appear on the Google reviews. This is unfortunate due to the purposeful and blatant effort by Michelle Miller to be as mean to me as possible. No. I would NOT recommend Michelle Miller, not to anyone to see for Therapy ever. She also refused to speak with me on the phone beforehand, to see whether it would be a good fit. This would have saved me a lot of time and effort. She would not even talk to me at all. I felt manipulated and not respected. Michelle Miller did however, send me multiple emails and attempt to start "chain emailing" me from the second I responded to her Psychology Today Therapy Profile. There was a big attempt at trying to get a lot of MY private personal information as soon as possible. And I believe even a phishing attempt to get onto my private phone by downloading her files she sent to me; which I did not do. Michelle Miller was absolutely Not, "happy to help," me. Not in any way. She also flat out refused to acknowledge the person who recommended her to me, Lisa R., who suggested that I ask for an intial brief phone call beforehand. Michelle Miller just sat in silence, glaring very rudely and inappropriately making weird clown funny faces at me and for the most part she refused to even speak to me. It was a weird awful experience, to sit in a stranger's Therapy Office and have this supposedly credentialed Therapist make strange funny faces at me silently. Her behavior was just really bizarre. Since Michelle Miller flat out refused to talk to me, I shared my private details about surgeries and physical hardships while just glared at me with meanness. She said she wondered if I was falling back on Mental Illness, not to work. And that was a dismal life. My life-dismal? How does she know my life? A total stranger in 10 minutes telling me my life is dismal? This Michelle Miller does not know me and yet she is racing to degrade me and My Life--as soon as possible. This was a horrible experience and a huge waste of my time. It takes a lot of effort for me to even try to see someone, and THIS is how I get treated. I believe my Google Review should stand. Other people deserve to see it. If this Review is removed that is due to local Google Moderators who have physically followed me from place to place and actually went into businesses and told them to be rude to me. I have watched them do it with my own eyes. Google, the Corporation should know this is happening to me, Yasmin McEwen, here in Lincoln, Nebraska."
