"I dont know where to start. Terrible customer service to go along with a terrible product. I Ordered the 27' Legacy tripod stand and the wireless n'zone hardware kit from Sideline Power LLC. Totaling just a bit more than $4000. When it arrived it didn't work. I emailed the company that same day. I have yet to receive a response to that email and its been over a week ago. I tried numerous times to get the camera system to work to no avail. I watched the videos provided and their was nothing that worked. After a few days I used the online chat to get some help. I was told I would have to pay to return the item and they would try to fix it. WHAT??? I have to pay to return an item they shipped defective? I still have not received a working camera system that I paid for. I didn't order a used system, I ordered a new system. Why am I paying more money just to get the original system I already paid for? I was told someone would call to help with the system. Well..... a week later and no phone call. Just crickets. This company produces poor quality and then ignores you. In researching end zone camera systems, there are many other options that are priced similar. I would highly recommend going with a different company. NOT Sideline Power LLC"
