"This has been a tough year, with hail damage to our home and two vehicle accidents. Chuck Clifford and State Farm are polite, helpful, and responsive. I've been a State Farm customer since I bought my first car 40 years ago, and have never regretted it."
"Chuck is amazing. We have had several claims over the last 20 years. RV, home, vehicle accidents and he has never let us down. A straightforward standup guy that puts his clients first. If he is not in April always gets the job done as well. As far as i am concerned there are three types of insurance agents. 1. Agents only interested in selling more products and running maximum profit. Basically sharks in suits. 2. Cut rate discount online companies that dont give a hoot and you spend hours on hold with. But hey they got a lizard for a mascot and a lady that wouldnt last five minutes in a desert. 3. And Chuck. The guy that goes the distance for his clients and knocks it out of the park. All insurance should be like Chuck. Or you could even say.....Your never down on your luck when you got Chuck!"
"Chuck is the first auto insurance agent that I felt I could call and ask questions. He either answers the phone or gets back to me quickly. If and when I move away from Lincoln I will miss him and he is the first insurance agent about whom I have ever felt that way."
"We recently switched our policies over to Chuck and bottom line - he has been awesome! I just stopped in to visit with Chuck and review our policies and I was immediately met with a friendly welcome from April his assistant. I felt bad dragging my 3 year old into the office but Chuck was really excited that I brought him in and within 5 minutes he was at ease, coloring with April and talking about our family pets. I felt like I was his most favorite client! Chuck walked me through our deductibles and other plan details, pointing out ways to improve our plan which actually kept our monthly rate exactly the same. He didn't try to sell me anything and assured me he would take care of everything and if we ever needed anything there is a 24 hour phone line that the office responds to. By the time I left I felt great about our plans and had to drag my 3 year old out of there. Thanks again Chuck for all of your help!!!"
"Like a good neighbor State Farm is .... where? We used Chuck for many years for car insurance because one of my family members had also been a customer. Unfortunately Chuck Cliffords office has left much to be desired in terms of communication or customer service. First off, no one ever answers the phone. This wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't take them forever to get back to you or sometimes just totally ignore your requests. Responses to emails are impersonal, dry and lacking any friendliness at all. Once when I sent Chuck an urgent email message requesting insurance for an office space not only did he not reply at all but I had to call the office days later and one of the ladies said he'd forwarded the email to them and they hadn't gotten to it yet. When changes are made to a policy, there aren't any acknowledgements given and you have to call back and email to find out if it was completed. April, one of the office staff, seems to have an attitude and won't even show the basic friendliness or professionalism that one should have in such a business. In addition, when feedback was given directly to Chuck about the unpleasant experiences we had, there was no apology or any attempt to correct the issue. We have lived in many cities and had been a dedicated State Farm policy holders for over 10 years. However, we just cancelled our insurance and switched to a different company who, lucky for us, also has lower prices and are more personable and enthusiastic to help with any questions or concerns. Insurance can be purchased online these days rather easily. The only function of a brick and mortar agent is to provide good customer service, which unfortunately is below standard here."
