"This place is a poorly run business with atrocious customer service! The massages are ok, but they are students so it depends who you get. Be very aware of their strict policy that they still charge if you don't cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment (even with a sick kid at home). Even though they have cancelled on me multiple times on the day of appointments, to which they don't offer anything back."

"You'd never know the massage therapists are students. I've always received an excellent massage. I schedule a Swedish Massage (there are other options - hot stone, aromatherapy, and deep tissue) and look forward to every appointment! The treatment rooms are spa quality with heated tables (perfect in the winter) and soothing music. Finally, the price is amazing, so economical - I hope you like it as much as I do :)"

"Bummer! My first experience with Myotherapy Institute was a not so great one! I scheduled a massage about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Today was supposed to be my first massage with this company. I just received a phone call that they were canceling my appointment, day of, because the student was sick. I am an extremely compassionate and understanding person, so of course I wish nothing but the best to the student! They were not able to reschedule me or accommodate me at a different time. Super sad and disappointing first impression of a business/school. I probably won’t return to this business, as I had taken the day off to receive this massage."
