"Good experience overall. The cube was a little smaller than I expected. However, all of my belongings fit. It was great that I didn't have to be there for pick-up. They even delivered them to my new place earlier than expected which was nice. And customer service representatives were available quickly every time I called. That was the best part."
"Making a move across the country felt a bit overwhelming and expensive. We had planned to rent a truck to drive 1100 miles and we just weren't looking forward to that. We stumbled upon U-pack. After talking with their representative, it was clear this was the way to go. It was cheaper (by a lot), we didn't have to drive a truck, drop off was on our schedule, and unpacking was easy. "We were moving from Florida to Nebraska. Easy to use website. I was able to schedule what day I needed the trailer dropped off. Once it was loaded we only paid for the amount of space we used. I was able to track the trailer during transportation and it even arrived 5-7 days sooner than the estimated date of arrival. You're given 3 days to unload which is nice. They picked up the trailer quickly once we notified it was empty. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly. Using U-Pack was so much easier and convenient than renting a U-haul and driving it ourselves. I would definitely recommend!"
