"I do not understand how it’s ok to be over 30min late or not show up at all to pick up children waiting and waiting for a ride to school! Some of these kids are super young or far from home and student transportation does not care one bit what happens to the children or parents who have missed work etc. it’s jus baffling how bad it is and how nothing is done about it! My sons bus is late 20-30 min or more every single day. Today we waited 40min!!! Not ok! I’ll be making other arrangements from now on!"

"Let me start off by saying I understand being understaffed. Seems like the city of Omaha should choose these contracts a bit more wisely. Par for the course.. what I do NOT understand is how the woman who answers the phone at south dispatch acts like Iam a bother when I call to confirm if there will be a bus to take my kids to school when I can honestly say they have failed to do so on at least 15 days this year. I can't stand these people."
