She never has and has attempted to correct it on their site, but it doesn't work. I had to call UPS 3x to get them to forward my pkg to my sister's house, and it still has not arrived. UPS refuses to actually understand that my sister never set up a pickup location and keeps directing her to their website to change it... Even though the site won't let her."
