"It's interesting how a "family owned" oil business does not care about hard working OTR truck drivers. At the Loves in Box Elder, SD, we noticed three of their trucks parked at the most coveted spots next to each other. The other two, were blocked by personal cars. This is a way that drivers block spaces intended for truck drivers to park primarily to sleep and take breaks. This company is using spots that SHOULD BE for OTR drivers and using Loves as their own private yard. We were appalled that JBC is taking FIVE of the closest spots to the building for their drivers. With drivers parking on off/on ramps and the terrible lack of parking for OTR drivers, the sheer selfishness of this company is astounding. Maybe they could consider not blocking those 5 spaces for their needs only and consider others. Shame on them for advertising a family mindset when they do not care one wit about the family of truck drivers across America. We contacted JBC, Inc. and we're told they have an agreement with Loves to park there. Loves manager confirmed this. However this changes nothing. Why not park in the far back to leave these places open? It does not matter that there is an agreement. Loves advertises 'first come first serve' nationwide. Except those who have 'agreements' to not care about OTR drivers."
