"This is a brand new RV site in Council Bluffs. After not being happy with Another RV site in Council Bluffs we found Lazy days. We had been searching for a 5th wheel wanting to upgrade. "We bought a new 23 Solitude. Bryce was our salesman and he was GREAT. Unfortunately 2 days after we bought this, I called to ask Bryce a question and was told he no longer was with them. We were then over 30 days trying to get paperwork to license and gal that said was head of finance told us they had mailed the paperwork to the county office and could pick up there. This caused us to pay a late fee for not licensed inside 30 days. Then we had a few minor issues that needed attention. Part of which were plumbing problems. First I asked since was end of season while they did repairs to winterize, which they wanted $280.00 so they could check all appliances to be sure they worked? On a 30 day old $150.00 camper????? I offered to pay a reasonable amount, which I was told $25.00 off???? I said no by the way. I also asked for a process they use to winterize the ice maker in fridge. I was told neither the shop manager or eroc service writer knew how, so they would ask a tech and give to me when we picked unit up. When I reminded same service writer when I picked unit up, he went on web and printed a generic process and handed to me. VERY HELPFUL????? I had also asked when I dropped unit off what 2 extra keys would cost us. I was told they couldn't give a amount due to some keys are just to difficualt to get. Again, from the dealer and we only had unit for over 30 days. We love our camper and recommend it for the quality we have seen so far, but the service depth once you are done doing actual purchase does not believe in customer service. I went back and talked to the service Mgr when we were purchasing and he was helpful with answers. Apparently Corp agreed. They asked for contact info, which I sent them but been a week with no contact."

"We were on a road trip with a"new too us" 2022 gas burner Vision.... and stopped for a water pressure issue... easy fix... however, we traded in the gas burner for a used diesel pusher...Winnebago-Forza! Bryce was our sales rep, and he really went to bat for us, and Corey made it happen! Everyone during the process was great. We are so pleased we made the deal!"

"HUGE SHOUTOUT to LAZYDAYS in Council Bluffs. So we’ve bought from Camping World & Bish’s & both were absolutely terrible… Bish was by far the worse… from management to maintenance. I would never recommend them to anyone. Lazydays was a wonderful experience. Pulling up they had plenty of parking & even if you bring your unit in with you. When we walked through the doors we felt like they wanted us there & treated us like friends. Trade in, sales, finance , walk through & maintenance has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We have heard about f LAZYDAYS because in laws has used them in FL. So we were so excited to have them here. I would HIGHLY recommend you checking them out."
