Walmart Vision & Glasses

"The employees at this vision center have been consistently outright rude to me and other people I know who have come here. I went once to have my glasses fixed and they couldn’t find my warranty with my information and went as far as to say I never got my glasses there despite me pulling up proof of the address from when I got them and even showing them the same pair of frames on their wall. They were blatantly rude to me and didn’t apologize after realizing they typed my info wrong 4 times in a row once they did find me. I called another time to see if they had my prescription on file not understanding that I needed that information from my doctor and the employee who answered the phone was completely rude. I understand that it may be frustrating to get that call if you can’t help me, but why don’t you kindly let me know that I’m looking in the wrong place? It’s frustrating to me that they made me feel stupid for making a simple mistake. The phone call was 30 seconds of their time yet the employees tone and attitude was disgusting. Makes me not want to go back here again. Terrible customer service, there’s maybe been 2 nice employees I’ve encountered in the entirety of the past 4 years of me going here. Either rude employees are hired or the working conditions are enabling them to act this way. Either way, I’m very upset with the service of this vision center and am sick of their dreadful attitudes."

"After 4 months, the lenses in my eyeglasses purchased from this Walmart location became covered with tiny scratches to the point I couldn't see clearly out of them. I suspect the anti-scratch coating was either applied incorrectly or not applied at all. Of course, Walmart Bellevue was adamant they would not replace them since the 2 month warranty period was over. A short warranty period on lenses should tell you that overall Walmart does not have confidence in their opticians. I don't think it really matters that the giant Walmart loses me as a customer, but I'm out $200 and trying to help others avoid the same shoddy workmanship."

"I needed my glasses adjusted... Was hesitant because I've never really had a great adjustment from them. There was a new employee there tonight so I thought I'd take s chance. Jacob, is his name and adjusting glasses is his game!! Thank you Jacob...my glasses feel great... You are a tremendous asset to that store!! I just can't thank you enough."

Dr. Schlueter genuinely cares about his patients and their long term eye health. I always feel like I'm getting the best medical care at a reasonable cost."
