"If you want modern conveniences that most major banks provide don't bank here. Their security authentication is so outdated, Venmo won't accept transfers from them. Online purchases are frequently declined as well do to this. If rather have convenience and security than be recognized by name when I visit my branch. I would give them zero stars, but it wasn't an option. Been an account holder for almost a year, nothing but hassles."
