"Took a bike in for repair Friday, was told it would be ready on Saturday, stopped in 3 days after Saturday and it's not ready. No call to inform me it would not be ready as promised. I drive 40 minutes to pick the bike up to be told we'll call when it's ready. Failing to communicate is essential in customer service industries. Not an apology or anything. Not impressed."
"I was on my way to ride the Wabash Trail (Birds and Bees with Pork Belly Ventures) when my back tire sprouted a leak. I needed to be to the site to check in by 1600 and this was at 1500. The guys at the bike way replaced the tire and tape without hesitation and upon very short notice. Thank you so much for your great customer service and attention to detail."
