"Service when they answer"
"We have been customers of Community Pharmacy for years. After my experience today with a pharmacist/tech by the name of Ashley we are moving our monthly prescriptions to another pharmacy. She is extremely rude. I actually walked out so I didn't have to deal with her. My husband called 20 minutes later to see if the prescription was ready to be picked up yet and she responded "nope" and hung up on him. We have never had a problem with Wayne, Jared or Michelle but one rude person is all it takes."
