Reviews of Exploratorium Learning Center
"I could not be more happy with the care this wonderful staff gives to my infant child. I walk in unannounced every day and have always been impressed by the level of care and love given to my child and all the children there. They are calm, organized, clean, well priced, and easy to speak to. It is so comforting knowing that my baby is in good hands every day! After a bad experience at an in home and multiple bad interviews at other centers I am so grateful we found Exploratorium! They have been a true blessing in our lives!"
"Absolutely love this place!! I have been going for about 2 years now!! My son always has a smile on his face when I pick him up!! My daughter loves it too! The girls there are awesome they teach the kids and interact with them great!! Definitely recommend this place!!"
"I generally have a hard time trusting people watching my kids, but we've been very happy and comfortable with the care they have gotten at Exploratorium. The first week or two was a little rough, but 2 years later, they now go running in. The oldest (4 y/o) surprised us a few days ago by telling us how he can add numbers together. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking."
"I have taken my children to The Exploratorium for more than 10 years. My 3 year old son is currently enrolled there. My 11 year old daughter loves to go back to visit when she gets a break from school. Much of the staff is the same as when my daughter started there at age 1 yr. That in itself says alot! I am confident when I leave my children in the care of Kim and her staff that they are safe. I know that they work and play with my children to make learning fun for them. They recieve individualized care and no problem with having special diets. This is why I chose to drive out of my way to take my children to The Exploratorium."
"Dropped off the kiddos and heard the teacher say to the 4yr old to sit at the table by himself bc "your mean to your friends", I came in to ask what he did seeing we literally just walked in & she said he was mean to his friends yesterday. UHM that was yesterday & he was in "timeout" all day by himself, that alone upset me then she's gonna punish a child for something that happened the day before. Came to pick the kids up & the 4yr old was in a shirt & just a diaper (he's potty trained) No pants! I asked what happened & he had an accident at nap time. The daycare apparently didn't have any clothes for him.... great. Maybe part of that's my fault but why did no one call me? It was freezing out. So I had to walk him to the car with no pants on. Next week I pick him up he's in pink overalls. Kidding me right? As a daycare they should have spares. At least that time they called me. Came to pick up the kids & the 18Mo old was being held by the teacher crying with no shoes outside. I asked what was wrong & she couldn't answer me bc she didn't speak English. SERIOUSLY? This was a great daycare at first I thought but soon realized they have a bunch of inexperienced teenagers/young adults working there. Use to be greeted when we came in then nothing as much as a nod of the head- even when spoken to. IMPATIENT with the children, quick to put them in timeout or play by themselves for hours on end, no curriculum. Understaffed & out of ratio a lot of times. Glad I got my kiddos out of there... wish I did it sooner."
